Hideki Suzuki & Daisuke Sekimoto vs. Fuminori Abe & Takuya Nomura (Big Japan Pro Wrestling, 05/13/2018)

Nomura and Abe only started teaming together in Big Japan three months prior to this match, so this match with the current champ and Sekimoto was clearly the biggest match in their team history so far and with a win over them, Abe and Nomura would be one step closer to get a shot at the Big Japan tag team titles.
Nomura and Sekimoto started the match with a lot of holds until Nomura had the balls to slap Sekimoto to the face, the crowd at Korakuen loved it and so did I. Sekimoto tagged in Hideki and the grappling started when suddenly Abe came into the ring and kicked Suzuki pretty hard. Nomura tagged Abe in and now the grappling war began to erupt between the champ and Abe.
It wasn't the boring grappling you can see in many promotions, it was the exciting grappling between two gentleman who know what to do on the mat. These two always found a way to escape each other, turned the tables around to put the opposite in a hold again.
One of the coolest spots in the match was when Hideki bit Abe in the hand, he didn't let him go until Sekimoto speared Abe at the turnbuckle. The latter had also fun sequences with Sekimoto when the two chopped and kicked each other and Abe hit a fine spinning kick to Sekimoto's head.
Nomure came back with fire and hit his mentor of the moon vulcan stable with chops, slaps and palm strikes which got the BJW crowd at Korakuen very excited ahead of their title match. Abe and Nomura had their opponents in a hold but they escaped and began their path of destruction. Sekimoto hits Abe with a headbutt series, Abe was thrown from the turnbuckle and Nomura ate two german suplex' followed by Hideki's Double Arm Suplex for the win for the latter's team.
This is a very fun match, a real unknown banger. Thanks to Big Japan for uploading this fight between four studs. **** 1/4
